Timothy Hitchings practices in Delaware’s Supreme Court, Family Court, Superior Court, Court of Common Pleas, Justice of the Peace, and Alderman's Court.
He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Delaware State Bar Association - Family Law Section, and the Melson-Arsht Inn of Court.
He received his J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 1989 and his B.A. from Graceland College in 1975.
Mr. Hitchings served on the Board of Directors for the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) in Delaware from 1998 to 2007 and on the Advisory Counsel for Protection and Advocacy for Individuals with Mental Illness from 1994 to 2000.
